All Credit card information is obtained by a 3rd party (please view their privacy policy for more info) who handles our merchant account. Your address is kept on record on a sales receipt for future reference in case of problems with your order. This information is not distributed nor will it be used for marketing for any other party. we hate junk mail as much as you.

All refunds must be requested by phone or e-mail within 15 days of receipt of item(s). A sales receipt # must be given with the refund request and a Online invoice # if purchased off the website. All items for return must be in the original packaging. The items must be in new/unused condition, NO wear or tear is ACCEPTABLE. Persons returning items showing any use, or not in original packaging, including all instruction and care manuals and spare parts, forfeit their right to refund. The buyer will pay all return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee (exchanges may be excluded from restocking fee) . There are no refunds for shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments due to shipping carriers. Insurance is offered for each shipping method and strongly recommended to protect the buyer in these instances. This includes items shipped back for refunds. Item(s) for return/refund must be received by The Lunatick's Weavings within 5 business days from the point of phone or e-mail contact to request refund to be eligible for refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Refunds for services will not be issued except in the case of defective merchandise.
